Gibraltar united with France - The Two Minute Silence in images
Gibraltar - 16th November 2015 - All of Gibraltar stood still at noon today as office workers, Government offices and even city centre traffic came to a stop as a call for a two minute silence saw the people of Gibraltar unite collectively in France's moment of sorrow.
From Number Six to Casemates Square people stood still in honour of those who had lost their lives during the terrorist attacks in Paris on Friday 13th November 2015. The Chief Minister, alongside the Acting Governor and French Consulate stood side by side outside Number Six Convent Place, facing north as the small square, filled with people, stood in silence. The clicks of press cameras was the only sounds to be heard as the whole of the street went onto silence.
Gibraltar united with France collectively in its moment of sorrow.
